If you knew today what you knew as a kid what would you do all over again. I have a pretty long list personally.

- Work harder in school
- Learn a second language and learn music
- Get part time jobs and save up
- Play more sports competitively.

To add to this, when I do have a kid, I think I will direct, encourage and push all of the above on my kid so he won't have the same regrets in adulthood.

I'd have been more outgoing. Being a hermit boy hurt my social skills tremendously for a good while. I've since more than made up for ground lost and am excellent with people in public, but it's taken several years worth of life experiences/travel to get there and it probably didn't need to be that way.

Also... I was a horny little shit as a kid too, but oddly wound up spending the better part of my teens in recoil from that for some reason, which put me at the same disadvantage when it comes to prowling that hiding in my room did for my young-adult people skills. So, yeah, I guess I'd probably have upped my game several times over on ass chasing back in middle school. Part of that would be avoiding my 'husky stage' altogether.

I would've pursued music with more interest, and perhaps not have listened to my parents or the rest of my family as I did.

Giving up on piano was a mistake.
Learning another language would have been nice, but it's never too late for that I guess.
I did well in high school, but I really should have tried harder in college.

Pretty sure I still know most of what I knew when I was a kid but assuming you meant the other way around and we are ignoring the obvious ones like "I'd have spent all my pocket money on shares in Apple":

I'll throw my hat in the second language ring if not the third, fourth etc, etc;
I also wish I hadn't gotten bored of music and eventually school in general;
I'd just be generally less lazy;
I would absolutely definitely beyond all shadow of a doubt have signed my Dad's will when I found it. Dumbest thing I ever did. Or rather didn't;

I would have found a way to play baseball in middle school and high school. Could throw in the 80s (MPH) well into my 30s without any sort of conditioning so I wonder what would have happened had I had any formalized training. Alas, being poor and having to work after school killed that.

I would have been more outgoing and less worried about what other people thought.

And I totally would have not grown my hair that way.

no seriously, I came from a non-science/math family and since I was good at both everyone always pushed me to pursue them. I felt I was being prodded to fulfill someone else's idea of me and got sick of hearing "study computer programming" or "major in math" so I rebelled and avoided sciencey stuff. The irony is all these years later I spend my whole life on a computer doing nerdy stuff but I got on the bandwagon very, very late.

Now when I tell my kids "get a computer science degree" I feel a bit hypocritical. But since all they do is computers I figure it's not too off base.
