When I first saw this headline I was really hoping the story was based out of Aberdeen, WA in which case I would have thought it was good ol' Abe sending me a message letting me know he is still out there.

He could have moved to Florida though... Is it not a coincidence that Cody Dawg lives there?

Call me crazy guys, but here is my theory:

- Abe has been lurking here
- He came across my detective thread trying to figure out his whereabouts
- Abe does not want to post here, concerned over his privacy. He was very particular about that sort of thing
- Abe wanted to let me know that he is still out there, so he stealed, made sure he was caught on camera, and reported his own story to the HuffingtonPost knowing that I read that site, and knowing that they would pick up that story
- Abe has moved to Florida, being hit hard by the economy. Cody Dawg gave him a deal on rent with a spare property of hers

I'm feeling pretty good about this narrative, does it hold up for you guys? If so, it's nice to know that Abe is still alive and well!
