Is there any legal mechanism through which his estate will divest itself from AAPL and take the Gulfstream back if Cook starts making weak anti-Jobsian business decisions?

I doubt it. Steve will have to have relied on respect. If not from his former employees then from shareholders who should by now know not to bet against his ideas of things should be done.

Nope, although one of his heirs could use his or her share of Jobs' substantial fortune to attempt to steer Apple in a certain direction, if desired (doubtful).

How would someone steer Apple simply by virtue of the fact they have money?
