For the holidays? No idea. Just generally, not at all.

I felt he was asking in general. It's certainly funnier that way.

I love mac n cheese, but do not consider it part of a holiday meal.
However, I'm amazed at Pat and how the interviewer just rolled with it.

It actually is for us. It's a good choice for the vegetabletarians, and works as a side for everyone else.

I have to admit, I was a little distracted by how stunning she looked.
This isn't the first time, either. Pat always finds these gorgeous women. It's like "Robertson's Angels" or something.

I've just recently had friends from Munich, Germany visit.
They insisted to go to a Grocery Store, so that they could buy Mac & Cheese to take it back home to Germany.
Yes, they knew about it. And they weren't even black

No I'm not.

Golden Grain > Kraft.
But you can't get it anymore.

Home made M&C is best; you can use whatever macaroni you want and load the thing with creamier and yummier cheeses. But it is hardly a "black thing" to like mac & cheese; it may be a Southern thing to include it in many meals though.

Sure, pre-processed, chemical-infested soft cheese MUST be of Italian origin

More like a little kid thing.
I also love mac n cheese, but we don't eat it as a side during the holidays. It's more of a quick lunch kind of thing.
My 2 year old though, can't get enough of it.

^yes, that. My 4 yr old had to be convinced to eat turkey and stuffing and "different" green beans (oh no, almonds make it weird!). The only thing she willingly ate was cranberry sauce, roll, and pumpkin pie. Mac n Cheese would have been her idea of "feast."

Exactly. While homemade mac & cheese is a staple in most African-American households for holiday dinners (along with collard greens, sweet potato pie, peach cobbler, etc.) ... it's definitely not a "black thing" per se. More of a Southern thing that has become part and parcel of the "soul food" tradition. It's hard to believe that at his age Pat Robertson has never had macaroni & cheese. Like ever? Seems more likely that he just hasn't had it in years and forgot.
