I vaguely remember a trailer posted at the Apple site six months to a year or so ago, but can't remember the name. It was a SciFi/Fantasy flick that had a bit of a 'Lord of the Flies' twist to it. If I remember correctly, a group of adolescents are sent to a remote planet (via wormhole or transporter perhaps) and they eventually begin to realize that no one is coming after them, and they have no way home.

I may be way off base (I only saw the one teaser), but if anyone recognizes this and can help refresh my memory, I would appreciate it!

Thanks!

Looks right, good call subego.

Curiously, "sol" and "invictus" do not find it with Apple. I had to follow the link from the movie page.

Google's been acting weird. Sometimes it shows up in a search for "sci fi lord of the flies movie", sometimes it doesn't.

In a similar vein, it gave me this for "hitler in a sombrero"

I have to ask why you were searching for "hitler in a sombrero." Because that's not something I would ever think to search for.

Sounds a lot like Heinlein's Tunnel in the Sky.

There was also the Rocco Siffredi remake called "Tunnel in This Guy".

Ω, uh, huh? Was that an attempt at humor? Not offended, just bemused by the statement.

Not Snooki, the movie story line in the OP. Snooki belongs in one of those summer horror films, maybe AS Hitler... Whatever-she's scary all by herself.
