I'd still opt for the woman, and not just for the internet porn fantasy stuff. Perfect-10 would mean intelligent (like lets talk Homer or Hawking), able to sing, expert masseuse, trainer, yoga guru, and of course comedienne.

No, I love my wife, and philandering would hurt me as much as her. I've likely had more opportunities to cheat than most, and I was even offered a free "pass" once (long story), but what it comes down to is; I'm the only person I have to live with for the rest of my life, and I enjoy not feeling shame or guilt when I look in the mirror. I wouldn't get too hung up about the sex. Even if you're at it twice a day, and lets face it most of us aren't 18 anymore, that still leaves many hours of the day to fill. That's when you need somebody interesting who cares about you.
I'm with Shaddim, I'd choose my wife. I can't think about anybody who I'd rather spend time with. Wild oats are fun for a while, but I'm done.
