My school just upgraded its computer lab to a brand-spankin'-new HP network from its nice old LC III's on LocalTalk. It was sad to see them go, but that's what you get in a school where the lunch ladies are smarter than the administrators. Recently I went in to visit (currently my grade has no computer electives :rolleyes and guess what the very first words I heard uttered by a student were?

"It turned blue!"

Truthfully, if I had enough money, I will open up a place where people can just sit on the couches and/or chairs and just use Macs for internet browing and the like. Many people would just come to take a look and eventually buy one. How do I make money you might ask? Sell soda and the like and make sure that people don't spill them (People are usually careful enough). I mean, once the place does get started, it is not going to be hard to maintain. I would have just a few computers that I would upgrade every few months for the power users and the others just keep as long as possible. Good idea?
