Is it just me or this occured to anyone? it's now up to 10.2.3, and my finder still can't remember the previous setting when viewing disks on my computer. I set it on with viewing 44x44 pixels icon views and show info on when i logged off. but when i came back, the finder backed to normal 16x16 viewing size and no info was showing.

And my finder still crashes when browsing bunch of folders.

Any fix?

They really need to do something about the finder-crashing it's unbearable. I have a certain folder with 70 to 100 items in it. And it's in icon-view but trying to change it to list and sorted by size crashes the finder every time. I can NOT change the folder layout without crashing the finder.

PS: Could there be a terminal command to change the view in the Finder ?
