I've written a little Cocoa program that saves pubmed searches and checks for new entries periodically (Similar to the online Cubby feature, but less annoying). You can then read the abstract and go to the full text via a browser.

This was my first Cocoa program and so it wasn't written with much skill, but it works decently.

I'm more than willing to give it out and even provide the source code if anyone wants to spruce it up. I'm not sure how to go about doing that, so... sourceforge or something?

sounds cool. I'd love a copy. email nsorscher @ attbi . com or post here or whatever.

I'm actually in the same boat. I've written this program: Metadata Hootenanny, and decided to open source it. I applied for and got a project on sourceforge (metahoot.sourceforge.net), but after that I don't know what to do. I haven't figured out how to upload my source files or administer the site in any way (not that I've tried all that much; it won't do me much good, as I already have the source files ). If anyone can help out a couple of non-programmers, speak up!
