Minimize in place has a bit more functionality with the latest update. Prior to 10.2.3 when you right clicked on a MIPed window and chose the Close command this would not work. Now it works but only with very few apps such as iTunes.

MIP is not a feature of OS X 10.2.

The pre-release 10.2 builds had this Dock, so these guys just have the earlier Dock build than what was released on 10.2. Any additional functionality though is probably coincidental (not that there's anything wrong with that. ) since it isn't in the branch's development AFAIK. "Happy accidents" as Bob Ross used to say.

So there is no hidden pref or something like that?
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.

There are some hidden prefs, but they do not work with the Dock build that came in 10.2.x. It ignores them.

The state of democracy in southern states. I'm getting flak for this sig so I might have to add a pic of Florida. It's a twist on 'White Men Can't Jump'.

That's what I figured. You see, that's not funny. I don't mean this in the way some people say this when they are offended. I literally mean that it is humorless. A joke with no punch line. This is not an issue of personal taste or preference of humor, because there really is nothing funny, clever or witty about it. Further, it is not applicable. It makes no sense as an analogy. This is because black men and women can, in fact, vote in any state in America. I'm tempted to ask what your point is in saying this, but I know that you have none. It is a simple play on words wit absolutely no 2nd level of meaning. This has nothing to do with Florida or any other state. It has nothing to do with democracy either. It does, however, smack of racism, as in: "White men can't jump." "Oh yeah, well, black men can't vote." Who but a racist would sit down and formulate (and then distribute it on the internet) something like this?
Just thought I'd share.
