CrashReporter problem on 10.2.3

After upgrading to 10.2.3, the Crashdump keep trying to find a CrashReporter in /etc/mail/Library/Log/ directory which doesn't exist. Consequently, I get a bunch of error messages regulary.
How can I fix this?
