10.2.3 has changed the way the Print and Page Setup dialogs list 'shared printers'. In 10.2.2 shared printers are just peers in the printer realm, on the same list as local and networked printers. In 10.2.3 they are segregated into a submenu 'shared printers' in the Print dialog.
This is no big deal except that a shared printer does not even show up in the Page Setup list until you have selected it in a Print dialog in some application... even when it has been designated as the default printer in the Print Center. DUH.
