Have only really just started using my Titanium PowerBook. Prior to that it was just a bit of play thing.

One thing that I would really like to do is synch everything (or just about) between my Cube and TiPB. Main candidates are Apps and Home Folder.

Have done a bit of a search and all I can find is a piece of software called Synchronize Pro X [sic] available at http://www.qdea.com.

Has anybody used this? Anything better?

I know that this feature is/was built into Windoze 2000.

I have tried quite a few and the one that works best for me is the simple and free Synk 4.0.1
It works flawlessly between my 1Gig G4 MDD and my iBook 600 over airport.
