Hello,

I just upgraded my Mom's flat panel iMac to 10.2.3. I've noticed that whenever stuffit expander is used, internet starts up and connects to internet. Maybe other things do it also, but for sure stuffit expander is doing it. I don't want to have to unclick the PPP setting that lets TCP application start up the internet. what is going on?

Stuffit Expander checks for updates when launched by default. You can turn this off in its preferences.
