Has anyone succeeded in statically mounting a network shared folder with 10.2.x?

I've been mounting two directories from one Mac onto all other Macs since the public beta: /Shared/Users and /Shared/Applications.

Getting /Shared/Users dynamically mounting was effortless with the new Workgroup Manager. Getting /Shared/Applications mounting, either dynamically or statically seems to be impossible.

If anyone has successfully used Workgroup Manager to mount anything other than network home directories, please tell me how!!!! I don't want to be stuck with 10.1.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated... just knowing it actually works outside Apple would be nice to know.

Ahh, I think I finally figured it out... decided to read the Admin guide a third time... noticed that for mounts to work you have to have Guest access enabled in both Server Setup and Sharing... I had it in Sharing, but not in Server setup. Mounts!

Now I just need to figure out how to get the directory to mount/exist in the same place on both my Server and my Client so that my dock is useful on both... I'll ask that in a separate thread...
