but how can i get my calender from
entourage x to ical?

I think you do the following:

Open iCal

Choose 'File' then 'Import...'

Select 'Import Entourage data...'

Click 'Import'

Microsoft Entourage should then launch.

Click on iCal in the dock.

A new calender called 'Entourage' is added to ical with the info from your entourage calender.

check versiontracker.com, their OS X tab, and search for 'ical'. this should show some apps that will transfer entourage calendars to ical.
