I really love the windows alt+tab feature where you can multitask by switching in and out of programs. Is there a way to do this on the mac? This comes in handy when playing a game.

Hit command/apple and the tab key. There are also some third party apps that provide similiar functionality...check macupdate.com.

It depends on the game. Some games override the command-tab feature. FWIW, in Quake III, command-tab is disabled but command-option-tab will do what you want.

In a lot of recent games, command-h seems to accomplish this; others can be made to run in a window and then command-tab works. The disabling is nothing unusual, though, most Windows games attempt to override most system shortcuts too.

Not for $15 it isn't. I did love it when it was free though.
