When I insert a floppy, a superdisk disk, a zip disk, they appear as the typical disk image icon, but not as the zip icon / superdisk icon you can see... in the CandyBar app ( www.panic.com) or in several Apple docs...
Why?, do you get those nice icons?

Yeah, I've always wondered too - very annoying.
You can set the zip icons though, using the latest iomega software (iomegaware?, cna't remember).

In the PB days, I remember certain builds of OS X 10.0 (I think the 4Kxx series), there used to be icon resources but they never made it into the final. Its a shame too.

Tried, but I can not figure how, that is, even erasing a Zip 100 MB disk, the 'standard' icon disk remians, no nice Zip icon which is showed in the window app certainly...
Thanks anyway.
