Go ahead. Add Print Center to the dock, then drop a file on it.

Make an alias of Print Center, place it on your desktop, and drop a file on it.

Just picked that up off of Mac Night Owl.

Next trick: drop a folder full of files on the Print Center icon:

presto-- printed list of its contents.

Hey, it's almost as good as it was in OS 9 now!

Unfortunately, no. It will print a list of the files in the folder, in list view.

This is just *so* damn cool. I just read this on Mac Night Owl and was about to post it here, but chris v beat me to it. I can't believe Apple didn't hype this feature of 10.2.3. I guess they still believe in easter eggs, but have decided to make them useful. Not only does it bring back two OS 9 features that I sorely missed, but it reincarnates them in the "smalls tools for simple tasks" UNIX style. I love it!
