If you can tell me why Jaguar is more responsive on my Beige G3 266/128mb than it is on my iMac G4 800/512mb . Seriously folks. It's practically Snappy™,

ok, maybe my enthusiasm is getting the better of me... the GUI does seem to be a bit slower but not as much slower as I would expect a G3 of less than half the clock speed with no Quartz Extreme to be...

certain apps are definitely snappier tho, notably IE... wonder whats up with that?

Hey, my beige G3 266 tower feels faster then my 500 MHZ snow iBook in most cases.
