Hey is there a way to send my voice by email using one of the Apps. within OS-X or anything else. Be nice especially if its free and easy . Thanks for any suggestions

You could use something like Audio In (look on VersionTracker) or similar to record. It'll save as AIFF and you could use iTunes to convert it to an MP3.

Audio Recorder. Records straight to MP3 with one click of a button. Play with the preferences a little when you first run it, therefter all will be well.
