There's two new components, FBX 3D and Microcosm (no idea what either of those do), and one or two of the existing components were updated too.

When it says that your up to date...there is also a button that says "custom." Click there and you should find the updates. I don't know why it works like that, though,

Thanks, I got it now.
I was hoping this kind of stuff might show us something big was coming but I guess these companies are just releasing them now as part of MWSF?

Ooooh goodie! Updates for things we don't even know what they are for or if we even use them!

Microcosm is a lossless video codec.
