What is the current state of vnc on the mac? I am having trouble finding a client to work with share my desktop 1.2. VNCDimention doesn't work over the internet, and Chicken of VNC, I can not click on anything. what is the best combo of client and server? It seems like remote desktop is the best solution even though it is pretty buggy.

I am using OSXVNC

It works OK. It's pretty damn slow. I have not been able to figure out why.

My combination of choice is Chicken as the client and OSXvnc 0.7 as the server. OSXvnc 1.0 & Chicken have some issues that haven't yet been resolved.

I'm not aware of the "can't click" issue you refer to with chicken, and since I'm the project's maintainer, I'd like to be aware of it. Please file a bug at http://cotvnc.sourceforge.net/ .
