A colleague in work recently went to install 10.2.3 update on his TiBook, but it froze when it was on the last part of the update.
After a long period of time, it was decided that the maching had crashed and he restarted it, but now it seems to be in an endless restart loop.
When the machine is restarted, the desktop is loaded and immediately it wants restarted again, so you can't even access anything else.
There's alot of important e-mails in Entourage which needs to be kept, so a reinstall is only useful if there's no other way around it.
Any ideas???
