'nuff said. Go download ThemeChanger from VersionTracker. It's not slow, doesn't crash, doesn't go through a million pointless steps, and actually works with every theme. Imagine that.

edit: this should probably be in the GUI Customization forum...:o

No, not ALL Dualities suck Only every one except for the one that rocks. Um.. that is confusing.

What I mean is that Duality 4 MileStone 2 is the best. it works on every Theme flawlessly.

That is all. I don't use it anymore because it seems some Themes have corrupt Boot files that kill my system before it can get to the spinning wait cursor under the Apple at boot up. So I do it manually using a little thing I like to call Root.

Fallout, you could be a little nicer you know, some people have been hard at work making theme changers for us and we should be gratefull for that. That being said, its true that TC has amazing potential not being the least its open source and free!.
