I keep getting this rather annoying problem - sometimes I open a file by double clicking it but it opens behind other open apps/windows.

Alternatively I sometimes click from one window to another and it doesn't bring focus to that window - instead it remains behind the front window.

Another click brings the offending window to the foreground but it's annoying, for sure.

I'm running 10.2.3 on a new G4 867 Dual Processor. I don't remember this problem when I initially installed the OS (about 2 weeks ago) so I'm guessing it's something I've installed.

Thoughts: perhaps it's the Macally mouse driver, Wacom driver...or some other 3rd party software. The only haxie I'm using is Labels X.

Anyone else had this problem?
