HD icon moving around desktop

I would like my HD icon to remain in the upper right corner (default) but everytime I restart the computer it has moved away from there. None of the other icons seems to be to close to where I want the HD.
Anybody have a solution?

I run 10.2.3 on an 800MHz IBook w/640Mb...
