Well, it looks like we may see print ordering but not book ordering. According to the UK site,"you can print your book pages and take them to a copy centre for binding."
http://www.apple.com/uk/iphoto/

Whilst the US site states, "Or you can order a professionally-printed book — a beautiful keepsake, printed on acid-free glossy paper and bound in an elegant linen cover."
http://www.apple.com/iphoto/

However, there is a link on the UK site to see a QT movie on how to order prints. And on the iLife UK AppleStore page it states, "Customers can even use iPhoto to create one-of-a-kind, professionally printed photo albums."

Nowhere does it say print or book ordering is not available in the UK, as it has in the past. The screen grab shows the Order Book & Order Prints buttons and nowhere on the page does it say E&OE

So I advise all UK users to give AppleUK hell if when iLife arrives we still don't have ordering available to us, as the situation is becoming ridiculous. They should at least offer a discount to make amends.

I wish the rest of the world luck too.

Doesn't say it will be available either. I would be really suprised if Apple would make it available to the third world.
Nasrudin sat on a river bank when someone shouted to him from the opposite side: "Hey! how do I get across?" "You are across!" Nasrudin shouted back.

Fair point, though to recap, "However, there is a link on the UK site to see a QT movie on how to order prints. And on the iLife UK AppleStore page it states, "Customers can even use iPhoto to create one-of-a-kind, professionally printed photo albums."

I'll wait and see, though I feel like getting really indignant with them if they don't.

I hadn't noticed the link to the print ordering. It would seem strange to wait until iPhoto 2 had come out to make this available, unless the reason it's not been available before was that it wasn't possible to have a location dependent supplier in iPhoto 1. Apple would never do a thing like that would they?

Shame it looks like we still aren't going to be able to get books printed. Still there's always hope for iPhoto 3.
