Alright, here's my current situation. I have a LinkSYS switch, to which both my iBook and Dell desktop (running Windows XP) are hooked up to.

I want to transfer files from my Dell desktop to my iBook; I have no clue how to go about doing that. Needless to say, I need very detailed instructions as I am a nub when it comes to the technical things of Windows XP, and I've only been using OS X for a couple weeks now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
