I am slowly getting used to Safari, but I have noticed that when using my scroll whell on my mouse, the speed is significantly slower then any other app. This is kinda drivin me crazy, does anybody know how to speed up scrolling in Safari? Thanks.

I, and apparently everyone else on these forums from other topics, think that the scrolling in Safari is better than usual. Maybe something is wrong with your setup.

do you have a M$ intellamouse?
if so just add safari in the mouse app and chose what type of scrolling you want. I use Accelerated.

Scrolling coldn't be smoother or faster here. Using a 700 MHz G4 iMac.

Yep, the scroll wheel is toned down in Safari, and IMO that is much better because in IE, the minimum speed was too slow and the minimum+1 speed was too fast.
With safari the minimum+1 speed is just about right.

Jokes aside, for me scrolling in Safari (using the scrollwheel or by software) is significantly faster than any other wab browser. In fact i think it's one of the better page scrollings i've seen in all apps.

Yes scrolling is a lot smoother than in other browsers, and there are no little parts of pictures jumping to the wrong places a la IE.. funny that. The scroll wheel slowness is a strange one - I thought to set it to accelerated for my Intellimouse as well, but I don't see why Safari acted differently to everything else on the setting that I had, scrolling one line.
