Hi people!

I will not explein all that I did, but I lost my keychain
access. I have tried to change my user's password
(where I was expecting to see my keychain password
to be changed the same also) but it didn't work.

I can't change my keychain password in any way!

I tried to login as ROOT and edit my user, but I got the
message telling that only the user password was changed.
"His Keychain will remains the same..."

Is there a way to change my keychain password
using ROOT login.

Well...

I got back ten years in memories of my life and
remembered which password I was using.

Well, thanks anyway for the attention!

I've been through this recently. The only thing that fixed it for me was to run Repair Permissions in the Disk Utility AND reboot in OS 9 and run DiskWarrior. Don't know why the second part was neccessary, but this was the case on two different machines.

Why have permissions become such a mess with 10.2?
