Can this be done without trouble?

Reason is that I need to use the server elsewhere.....and I don't want to have to reinstall the other applications on am using on the machine.

Can you install 10.2 server over the 10.2.3 client version of OS X? I am interested since I have 19 GB of data that I don't want to have to back up and move back once the 'upgrade' has been completed.

Looks like you can, the installer recognizes that it is server or client installed and then you can choose to archive the old and install the new....works pretty slick.
