I reformatted my hard drive, and Chimera (0.6.0) will not launch. I have tried deleting all files associated with Chimera.

I launched one time, but did not contain my bookmarks. I placed my saved bookmarks in the right place, and no luck.

I have tried restarting, PRAM resetting, fsck-y, etc. No luck.

Can anyone tell me how to solve this? I still prefer Navigator/Chimera to Safari for the tabs and keychain features.

I am assuming that you restored some files from your previous install before reformatting your drive.
Delete the files you restored from your backup to ~/Library/Application Support/Chimera and try again. I had the same problem when I cloned my OS X drive and tried to run Chimera from there. It didn't work until I deleted the above folder.
