Being that I am relatively new to macs I have a quick question about disk burner and burning data DVDs. What I have done is drag the files onto the DVD image on the desktop. After waiting about an hour for these to copy (+/- 1 hour) I then drag the DVD image to the trash, which then becomes a disk burner icon. This then takes about another hour to burn the DVD. Is there a faster way? Must I copy before I burn? Sorry, I know I'm a newbie, so I I apologize in advance if this is stupid.
