Jaguar + missing CD drive!

Just installed Jaguar and now I cannot find my CD drive. The icon on the menu bar has disappeared! Only time I can open my disk drive is when I press the eject key when it's rebooting.

The menu extra you want is in:

/System/Library/Core Services/Menu Extras/

then just drag Eject.menu to the menu bar
