Moving windows in Apple's X11?

This may seem like a stupid question, but I have Apple's X11 up and running. Even got The Gimp going! Problem is, the windows are often covered by the OS X menu bar and I cant reposition them. Even with Apple's default xterm window. The top of it is under the menu bar. Any way to fix this? Thanks in advance...

Yes, erase your .xinitrc file. Its in your home directory (ls -a in the Terminal to see it). Then restart X11 and the windows will be normal.
