Not bad. A few inaccuracies, though:

1) The brushed metal interface isn't OSX-wide, as this guy claims (though he's right about it being in iTunes).
2) You can hide the Google Search field, contrary to his claim. However, you can't hide it in the usual Cocoa way; you have to go through a menu. This is a Bad Thing, and I hope it'll be fixed in a later version. You can hide it, though. I know I do; I hate extra fields in the toolbar. How I pine for Mozilla-esque Bookmark Keywords...

Other than that, this is a good article.
You are in Soviet Russia. It is dark. Grue is likely to be eaten by YOU!

Also, he kind of implies that Safari wasn't immediatly available, rather only available at the end of the month.

Other inaccuracies include the comment about Text to Speech and Summarize only being available to Safari, I've been able to use them from OmniWeb for ages and Chimera has supported them for at least a month in nightly form.

This paragraph was just wrong:
Perhaps Apple is ripping a page from Microsoft's playbook: Safari's speed improvements over IE and Netscape are attainable only on Mac OS X machines. Sounds like Microsoft's claims of speed and performance delivered only under Windows, doesn't it? (You can just hear Netscape saying, "I wish I was part of the operating system.")
Well gee whiz Tom can it be because Safari only runs on Mac OS X and Mac OS 9 is dead to Apple?

I fail to see the parallel between Safari's performance and Microsoft's code commingling of IE with Windows.

WebCore will be available as a library for all apps but I doubt Apple plans on tying it directly into the OS code.

I didn't think PC World liked anything by Apple! They're sales staff tried to put me off buying my beloved iBook (came dangerously close too! )

This is PCWorld the magazine... I don't live in England, so I can't say whether there's a PC World retail chain out there, but if so, this isn't it.

sing "where in the world?... [stomp] ....PCWorld"

Probably the most annoying shop [stomp] ... in the World]

yeah its a UK retail chain with huge markups on easy to get stuff for those whose PCs don't work well enough to buy stuff cheaper off the web in the first place and since we are milling around this soul-less retail park on a Sunday afternoon why not blow a few quid in here its not like its good money chasing after bad and lets go to B&Q and do the same... where the kids got to now?

"One Of Those Days In England..."

I believe the famous [stomp] bit in the adds originates from staff training "what to do with items we stock but don't understand before we put them on the shelves. I could be wrong.
