I'm having a huge amount of trouble configuring OSX Server. The latest problem: sharing a printer with the LAN.
Ok, the printer is an Epson 1290 inkjet (it's not postscript). It's attached to the machine running OSX Server.
I want to be able to print to that printer from my other two machines (both running OSX). All three machines are on the same LAN.
On the OSX Server machine:
-I've turned on "Print Service" in the Server Settings program
-AppleTalk is turned on
-I've installed the printer drivers
-I've turned on Printer Sharing in File Sharing (in System Preferences)
On the OSX Client machines:
-the printer drivers are installed
-I'm attempting to "see" the printer with Print Center, but I haven't been successful
Can anyone help me out?
