easily syncing prefs between address book on 2 computers

is there a simple way i can make my second mac i just put OS X on sync its address book with my main mac?

and also is there a way i can make my chimera prefs sync between the two as well???

i hope there is a easy way...

Havenīt tried it but I think throug a .Mac account it should work. First sync one compuer with the .Mac Addressbook and then the other with that one.
