A friend of mine emailed me recently with a problem with his printer and I cannot figure it out at all. He has an Epson C82 and is using the OS X default drivers. Here's the email he sent me:
" I try to keep several Presets defined and ready to use so that I don't have to totally define it every time I print. However, when I go to print a document and have to select a different preset it won't print.
So I open the Print Center and it tells me that it is trying to print page "0 of 1". But it never actually prints it. So I delete that document from Print Center and then I quit Print Center. Then I reprint my document. But since it keeps the same preset that I had chosen the first time I asked it to print, I don't have to select that again. I just leave it as is. And therefore, it prints just fine."

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Thomas Johnson
