I leave my machine on 24/7.. I've been very stable, but came home today to something I've never seen before. My cron-based fetchmail process was running just fine, but then something went wrong with the graphics card (based on the logfile, and the black screen I had.. it was not "blank", as the monitor was not reporting "no signal")
