I'm pleased to say that my copy of iLife has shipped today, Wednesday 29th January.

Hopefully it will arrive exactly as planned by Apple on Friday 31st January, or with a bit of luck tomorrow.

I had similar good news when I got my copy of OS X 10.2 from Apple, it arrived a day early, actually was delivered on the Friday morning, so I was a very early installer of the offical release :-)

Looks like I could be the same with iLife, I will post my 'review' as soon as it arrives.

I hope for all of us that it is tomorrow and not 6 months away.

Sorry that was a typo !!!

Yes it has already shipped, and it is expected in the next 2 days.

My usual experience with TNT is that it arrives next day, so I'm thinking it will come before 10am on the 30th January.

His original post said he expected it in August like my quote shows.

So has anyone received iLife yet?
Have you got the TNT number to track it? If you ring Apple they will probably give this to you.

I know it said August, it was an error, so I edited the post.

I do have a shipping number from TNT.

My iLife is in Liverpool Airport, about 20 miles away from me. Not sure it will arrive today now though, bet those 20 miles take until tomorrow !!!

Kick ass.

I wasn't trying to have another go about the typo just responding to the guy who totally missed the point.

Do you have a fast internet connection?

p.s. are you on the blue or red side of Manchester?

Parky, where can you track and trace TNT shipments? I have a 10-digit "Spring Global Mail" track number for my iLife and it doesn't work on the TNT UK site....

I just clicked on the number on my Apple online order. The link does not work, but if you cut and paste it into a new window it does.

Strange but true !

That's wierd....all I get is a url that looks like http://registration.euro.apple.com/s...uk/?0000000000 (where 0000000000 is replaced by my shipment number)

Using Safari. I take it you are too?

Actually I do use Safari, but you need to use something else for this to work.

I used Mozilla in the end.

Hmmm.....no success in either Safari, OmniWeb or Chimera....

When you got your tracking info, did you see it on the registration.euro.apple.com site or did that redirect you to a TNT page?

If it redirected you again, what was the URL? Maybe I can hack my shipping number into that.
