Just wondering how many people so far have either ordered the combo package or have had their parents, friends or relatives order it for them.

Yeah, I'd order one if the deal worked in Canada. But it doesn't.

The real question is how many people have received them? Placed the order and nothing. Get no response from apple either.
Yes, I know I could buy a PC, but why?
