Okay our freakin moron of an IT staff at the university installed a router that some how only messed up OS X machines on the network, in that it gave them faulty IP addresses, and when i called them up the only advice was a reinstall of OSX, so in my stuipid state i said what the hell. and did so, whipping out my OS X 10.2 Cd and installing inplace, moving all previous system files to folder. now i called IT again and they said oh yeah it wasn't your fault, it was ours. So now i am back to square one with a standard OS X.
My question is, is there anyway i can get all of those Preffes back from that folder so i don't have to reinstall every little mod that i have found.
