is there an easy to use [for my 'rents] software to print out pictures onto paper usiong a dye-sub. printer [the one's that print out photos onto paper by using heat]. ???

I believe Photoshop [or photoshop elements] might still be a little hard for them to use ........

Does iPhoto have the capability to do this [print out, with no white edges on the paper] ?

It might well depend on the printer - what make/model is it?

not sure what the printer will be ..

but it'll probably be a sony photo dye-sub. printer ....
