What is the keyboard shortcut for window cycling?

For cycling windows within an application, the key is command-` (the backquote key is at the top left of the keyboard). Under Jaguar, this is supported by all Cocoa applications and many Carbon applications.

You can also set up a shortcut that will let you cycle windows globally by turning on full keyboard access in the keyboard pane in the system preferences.
