Has anyone else experienced the problem in iPhoto 2 - which has already been reported elsewhere - of manual slideshow control being broken?

I am having this problem on a Dual USB iBook with ATI Rage 128 video.

Yes, I have that too. That is kind of ... a bummer.

Where else has this been reported? Do they have a workaround?

Thought this might have been something to do with the video card in my iBook, but the same thing happens on my Power Mac G4 with a GeForce2 MX.

I'd guess everybody has that problem (unless someone reports otherwise - I'd like to hear about it, since it might lead to a fix).
It's a great feature, but not an obvious one. So most people probably didn't notice yet.

The size of the image changes to that of the new one, but the image stays the same squeezed to the new size, or otherwise totally messed up.
I now found out it depends on the images. Some albums work fine, others don't.

Same problem here with a 1GHz Ti (ATI Radeon Mobility 9000), just filled my bug report to apple, hope they fix this soon!
