How to I set CD Burn speed for iPhoto, and the Finder?

	I am running Mac OS 10.2.3, and tried a test burn in iPhoto using a CDRW, and it burned quickly (I have a 16x10x40 Yamaha CD Burner), how to I slow down the speed to 4x? I looked in Disk Copy, System Preferences, and iPhoto Yes I know you can set burn speed in iTunes, but that is only for iTunes.
