Trying to set up my account and keep getting to Step 3 and it says "Connecting..." and then a dialog box comes up saying "An unexpected error has occured, please try again later."

This is under OS 10.2.3 using iPhoto 2.
Anyone else experiencing this? It's incredibly frustrating, especially because it resets all the address information I just typed in after giving me the error message. I've tried about 10 times over the course of the entire day so I've given up thinking it's just a server issue.

What does registering iPhoto 2 do?

sorry if I wasn't clear -- I meant setting up my iPhoto account so that I can order prints from the built-in service.
