Mail doesn't show 24 hour format

Yeah, this doesen't bother you over the big sea...

Anyway, does anybody know how to fix it? I had fixed it some time ago, but apperantly after installing some iLife apps, the fix has been removed. I remember that I had to change some value in a prefs file or something. I forgot what it was exactly. I already opened the Mail Prefs with Poperty List Editor but found nothing.

It doesn't display the date in the selected system format either.

Perhaps the entire world should change over to the American way it is so obviously better - NOT!
